My Coaching Style

My coaching style is based on principles of Co-Active Coaching and Law of Attraction, which means "if you think it, you can create it." It is also holistic because I believe your career is only one part of the whole person.

My goal is to help you visualize your ideal career, and then develop your intuition and creativity to make it happen!

As we work together, I’ll help you overcome your fears and anxieties. I’ll show you how to step out of your comfort zone and to move forward with confidence and assurance. I’ll provide you with the practical steps you need to take to move into your dream job.

I’ll also ask tough questions that will make you search deep inside yourself and uncover any buried issues that may be hindering you from focusing entirely on your career.

Together, we’ll identify your values, your deepest desires, and how far you’re willing to go to achieve what you want.

I’ll expect you to ‘play big’ because this is what brings big results.

Every step of the way, I’ll be there to guide you, to support you, and … to hold you accountable. I only work with a handful of clients at a time so you will receive my full attention.

Most of all, I’m going to make sure we have FUN through the entire process.
